M3 Appoints Dennis Gale, Prosci to Chief People Officer (CPO)
In the CPO role, Dennis will be responsible for establishing and leading the strategic direction for Human Resources (HR), Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Organizational Development (OD).
He will align objectives and service offerings in collaboration with M3 leaders for consulting services within Business Manage-ment, Finance, Information Technology and Project Management.
Dennis will develop new business opportunities in HR, OCM and OD while leading M3 strategic partners and independent consultants.
He brings over 30+ years of experience in a wide selection of industry segments including manufacturing, nuclear power utilities, insurance, retail, Department of Defense and a Veteran of U.S. Navy. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science- Education in Workforce Development with specialization in Instructional Systems Design, Cum Laude. He’s a long-term member of the Illinois State University Advisory Board for Industrial Technology Graduate degree program.

M3 is Awarded an Indefinite Term Contract Estimate $32M
PRODIGII Capital Group, LLC, Cleveland, Ohio, USA awarded an
indefinite term contract worth an estimate of $32M over 3-5 years to M3 Ultimate Solutions in Carmel, Indiana, USA, producing approximately $100M in value for investors and will create 15 consulting jobs to provide business, financial, human resources, information technology, organizational change and development, project and process management consulting services to Start-ups, Scale-ups and Growth-ups portfolio companies through-out the United States.
